As an engineer-turned-designer👩💻, I follow systematic creative path to solve user problems.
Being a sustainability-enthusiast🌳, I want to design to bring about behavioral change in people for a better future.
I strive to create delightful experiences🤩 to help users reach their goals while blurring the lines between work & play.
Work Experience
I have previously worked at Flux.ai and Hired Inc.👩💻 where I got to implement critical product features and master my skills on the advanced prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
My background further extends to 5+yrs of experience as an electronic engineer 📺 with companies like Intel, IITB-NAVIC etc, where I enhanced my soft skills like collaboration across teams, resolving complex issues, task management in addition to the technical acumen required for the job.
Current Side Hustles
Demystifying AI 🤖: Exploring both trendy and under-discussed aspects of Artificial Intelligence, from the AI art to AI ethics and AI computing environmental impact.
Empowering Young Thinkers 👩🏫: Designing interactive learning materials for Grade-12 physics and chemistry, making these subjects engaging and accessible.
Special Interests
Behavioral Design & Cognitive Psychology 🧠: Designing to influence sustainable behavior.
Gamification 🧩: Creating engaging experiences through gamification techniques like Octalysis, Shikake, Variable Rewards.
Humanity-Centered Design 🌿: Using design to solve 21st-century problems, inspired by Don Norman's latest book “Design for a better world“.
Education
I graduated with Masters’ in Design👩🎓 at New York University in June '23. I also hold Masters’ in Electronics Engg👩🎓.
